Terms & Conditions

1. General Agreement

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These govern all transactions, purchases, and deliveries made within the UAE and GCC region. We may update these terms from time to time; any orders placed after such updates will be subject to the revised terms.

2. Product Availability & Substitutions

We take pride in offering a curated selection of quality products. However, some items may be limited in stock or temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute unavailable components with similar items of equal or higher value to ensure timely delivery.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in AED. Payment must be completed at the time of order through accepted online payment methods (e.g., debit/credit card, bank transfer). Delivery costs vary based on destination, timeline and packaging needs, and will be communicated at checkout.

4. Order Confirmation & Modifications

Orders are considered confirmed once payment is completed. Any modifications or cancellations after this point are subject to our discretion and may incur additional charges. Once an order is prepared or dispatched, changes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Delivery & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that accurate and complete shipping details are provided. Deliveries are fulfilled Monday to Saturday, however we may make exceptions and deliver on Sundays as per our discretion. We cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or factors beyond our control, such as traffic disruptions, weather, or holidays.

Once handed over to the courier, ownership and risk for the order transfer to you (the customer). 

6. Product Handling & Shelf Life

To maintain quality, store all items in a cool, dry place. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.

7. Returns & Concerns

As our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos and a description. We may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. Requests made beyond this timeframe or without proper documentation may not be considered.

8. Allergens & Dietary Information

Our products are made in a facility that processes gluten, nuts, dairy and eggs. While we endeavour to avoid cross-contaminaation, it can occur and all our products may contain traces of the above allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please exercise caution and discretion. 

9. Use of Products

All purchases are intended for personal consumption or gifting only. Resale of our products is not permitted without prior written approval or a legal agreement.
