Refunds & Cancellations Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products and service. If you're not fully satisfied with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo and description of the issue.

We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not offered, and all approved remedies will be processed within 5–10 days. For custom items, processing may take longer.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all claims must be supported with clear evidence and made within the stated timeframe of 24 hours. Requests submitted later or without adequate documentation may not be eligible for resolution.

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of order. We cannot be responsible for failed deliveries due to:

• Incorrect or outdated addresses,
• Circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays.
• Unavailability of the recipient,
• Delays in providing updated delivery instructions,
  

Orders returned or rerouted may incur additional shipping or handling charges.

 

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change and we will do our best to accommodate. For standard orders:

• Cancellations made more than 3 business days before the scheduled delivery or pickup may be accommodated
• Cancellations made between 48 to 72 hours of the delivery or pickup time will incur a 40% charge.
• No cancellations are accepted less than 48 hours before scheduled delivery or pickup.

Custom orders (e.g., hampers, personalized cakes or chocolates, with custom labels or otherwise) are non-refundable once confirmed and the above timeline accommodations do not apply.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect customer information or unavailability, products will be returned to our kitchen and may be discarded after 48 hours with no refund issued. Additional delivery fees apply for rescheduling.

We reserve the right to evaluate each situation and offer a fair resolution at our sole discretion.
